Ajey Nagar, better known online as CarryMinati, was born in Faridabad, India, on June 12, 1999. On his channel CarryMinati, he is well known for his roasting videos, comedy sketches, and responses to numerous online topics. [1] Gaming and live streaming are the focus of his second channel, CarryisLive. [2]


His parody video, "YouTube vs TikTok - The End," generated debate on YouTube India in May 2020. The video was taken down by YouTube for breaking the terms of service of the website, claiming things like harassment and cyberbullying. [3]



Based in the city of Faridabad, which is close to New Delhi, the national capital of India, is Career Ajey Nagar.



Popularly known as CarryMinati,[5] Diss songs, satirical parodies, roasts and comedy videos in the Hindi language are Nagar's main creative endeavours.aside from live gameplay. [1] [6] Nagar operates a video production company out of his Faridabad house. [5]


Nagar started uploading videos to YouTube when she was ten years old.

[7] In 2014, the channel was known as AddictedA1, and Nagar would upload recorded video game footage along with his responses to the game.


[8] He changed the channel's name to CarryDeol in 2015 and began uploading gameplay videos of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive while imitating Sunny Deol. The channel was then rebranded to CarryMinati. [9] The channel had more than 30 million subscribers, according to a statement made public by Nagar in May 2021. [10]


Early in 2017, Nagar launched a second YouTube channel called CarryIsLive where he streams himself playing video games live.


[7] He has facilitated live feeds on this channel, raising money for the victims of Cyclone Fani in Odisha in 2019,[11] and the flooding in Assam and Bihar in 2020. [12]


Nagar was ranked number 10 in the 2019 edition of Time magazine's annual list of the ten young individuals who build cutting-edge careers.

In the 2022 film Runway 34, he had a cameo role as himself.


The last battle between YouTube

 and TikTok:

In reaction to a video released on Instagram by TikTok user Amir Siddiqui criticising YouTube creators for mocking TikTok fans, Nagar published a contentious YouTube video in May 2020 titled "YouTube Vs TikTok-The End." YouTube removed it because of infractions.based on several claims of harassment and cyberbullying, of its terms of service. LGBTQ+ activists had filed many concerns regarding the video's homophobic or transphobic offensive language. Many Nagar supporters criticised YouTube's actions, and his name appeared in a number of new trending hashtags as a result of the removal. A concerted attempt was made to review bomb TikTok in Google Play Store as a result of the video receiving several million views. Some other Nagar supporters defended YouTube's choice to take down the video. [3] [16] In retaliation, Nagar posted the music video "Yalgaar" in June 2020, renewing her criticism of Siddiqui.
